Curtis Lee
A senior at St. George's School in Vancouver, BC, Curtis is elated to be serving as the National President of the Canadian Young Investors Society this year. With a passion for hospitality and business as a whole, he is excited for the opportunity to provide Canada's premier business education for students. Outside of CYIS, you can find Curtis playing his saxophone, designing clothes for SR3NE Studios, or drinking matcha with his cat Matcha.

Elaine Hua
- Grade 12 student at Bur Oak Secondary School and Wharton Global Youth Program alumni.
- Founded and leads the Economics and Business Competition Club and serves as CYIS Co-VP of External Affairs.
- Her achievements include National Finalist in Canadian Economics Olympiads and Top 3 at Ivey High School Case Competition.
- Volunteering extensively with the ON PC Party and Canadian Youth Funding Association.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin with strong leadership, initiative, and cross-cultural communication skills.

Stephanie Cao
Hi! I’m Stephanie Cao, and I’m excited to be serving as the VP of External Affairs at CYIS in my second year with the organization. I enjoy bringing people together and turning ideas into real initiatives that strengthen our community. Beyond academics, I run my own business and lead a business club because I’m passionate about entrepreneurship and strategy. Outside of everything I do, I genuinely love music and exploring different forms of art.

Hi everybody! My name is Andrew and I'm a grade 11 student at Crescent in Toronto. I've been with CYIS since grade 9, and this year have the privilege of serving as their Vice President of Finance. Florence Pathak
Florence Pathak is a first-year Commerce student at Queen’s University with a strong interest in finance, real estate, and capital markets. She is currently interning as a Private Equity Analyst and is eager to build experience in investing and financial analysis. Outside of academics, she is a professional Bharatanatyam dancer, a member of the Queen’s dance team, and enjoys films directed by Martin Scorsese.

Ben Zhou
Hi, I’m Ben. I’m a second-year student at the University of Toronto studying Finance and Economics, as well as Computer Science. I’m currently part of several SAE teams, and I have a background in competitive robotics, though I’m just getting started on the software side of things. You’ll also very likely see me carrying a camera and a couple of lenses if you bump into me somewhere in the city. I do street photography and professional cinematography. I’m very excited to be a part of CYIS this year as the VP of Media and Marketing.

Hey Everyone, I’m Shashin, a Grade 10 IB student who‘s either playing a sport, building a new idea, or dreaming up my next project. I’m passionate about business and entrepreneurship, especially turning creative ideas into something real, whether that’s a startup concept or the audiobook I’m currently creating. I love challenging myself, learning fast, and working with people who are just as motivated to build and lead projects.

I’m a student entrepreneur passionate about finance. I enjoy competing in case competitions and tackling fast-paced business problems as part of a team. I also work as a ski instructor and support growth and outreach for an online farmers market, Locado. Outside of that, I’m involved in DECA (BFS), distance running, and I lead a 4-H rabbit club focused on developing youth skills and community engagement.

Shams is a Grade 11 student at St. Theresa of Lisieux CHS and is thrilled to serve as a CYIS Marketing Director for the 2025-2026 term. With a strong passion for business, she’s excited to help with CYIS' marketing, helping the organization reach people all over Canada. Beyond her role, she loves taking pictures with her Canon EOS R50, doing Taekwondo, and exploring Downtown Toronto.
